Kalpesh Jain serves as Chairman & Managing Director of Stancor Group of Companies, an Indian industrial conglomerate established in 1975. With over 30 years of experience in the steel industry, Mr. Jain has been the driving force behind the Stancor Group's growth from a single manufacturing unit to a multi-company industrial conglomerate. In his leadership role, he provides strategic direction across the Group's businesses, including Stancor Tubular Products Pvt. Ltd., focused on seamless pipes and tubes, and Stancor Alloys Pvt. Ltd., focused on steel plates, round bars and alloy fittings, while guiding the development of future divisions. Mr. Jain's responsibilities span overall business leadership, long-term planning, manufacturing alignment and customer-focused growth across the Group. His approach combines operational discipline with a clear understanding of industrial market requirements, helping ensure that the organisation remains responsive to the needs of B2B customers across steel and allied applications. He works to align product capabilities, production priorities and business decisions with customer expectations for consistency, reliability and supply support.
